Seamans Capital Management has just disclosed an 8.3% stake in Quantum Fuel Systems Tech Worldwide Inc (NASDAQ:QTWW), in a newly amended 13G filing. Due to the nature of the 13G, the position is passive in nature, and is an increase from the 7.2% stake reported late last month. Shares of Quantum Fuel are up 22% over the past four weeks.
