Scout Capital Management, led by Adam Weiss and James Crichton, has reduced its exposure in Tim Hortons Inc. (USA) (NYSE:THI), a newly amended filing with the SEC revealed. Scout now holds around 6.45 million shares of the company, down from 6.88 million held earlier. The new stake amasses 4.4% of Tim Hortons’ common stock.
