Peter S. Park’s Fund Joins Ken Griffin and Citadel in This Company

Park West Asset Management, Global Brass and Copper: In a 13G just filed with the SEC, Park West Asset Management disclosed ownership of 6.1% of Global Brass and Copper Holdings Inc (NYSE:BRSS). Last week, billionaire Ken Griffin reported that he owns a similarly sized passive stake in the recently IPO-ed copper and brass producer. Peter S. Park is the manager of Park West, and he oversees more than $1 billion in assets.


Global Brass and Copper Holdings conducted a secondary public offering ended on October 1 through which the company sold 5.75 million shares, at an offering price of $16.50 per share.
