Kopp Investment Advisors, Mindspeed Technologies: In an amended 13D just filed with the SEC, the Minneapolis-based Kopp Investment Advisors increased its position in Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:MSPD) by about 4,000 shares. Kopp now holds 5.2% of the small-cap semiconductor company.
