Organon & Co. acquired OG-6219 through its 2021 acquisition of Forendo Pharma. The compound did not exhibit improvement in moderate-to-severe endometriosis-related overall pelvic pain in the study as compared to the placebo, which is why Organon & Co. plans to discontinue the clinical development program.
