Mangrove Partners, led by Nathaniel August, has disclosed a position in JGWPT Holdings Inc (NYSE:JGW). According to a new filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the fund owns approximately 750K shares, which represent 7,69% of the common stock. JGWPT Holdings went public on November 8th.
