AI Stocks Got Dumped – Health Is Here To Stay – OTCQB:BEOLF | TSX: BOIL.TO

*Disseminated On Behalf Of Beyond Oil Ltd.

Technology and AI stocks lowered this week after leaders from top artificial intelligence labs including Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, OpenAI’s Sam Altman, and Elon Musk called for an industrywide slowdown in advanced AI development due to safety and existential risk according to The Guardian.

Nasdaq 100 futures fell, while Nvidia dropped.

But the money has been moving for a year. Health care has outperformed the S&P 500 in 85% of weeks over the past year, according to UBS. Bank of America’s July fund manager survey found global managers increased healthcare positions more than any other sector or asset on the board. The rotation out of the AI trade and into health did not start today.

Here is the part that matters for what follows.

People do not stop eating fried food when the Nasdaq has a bad Monday.

Restaurants still have to defend their margins. Regulators keep tightening on frying-oil compounds. Consumers keep getting more health-conscious about what comes out of a fryer.

None of that demand depends on what a model can do next quarter.

That’s why we’re watching Beyond Oil (TSX: BOIL.TO / OTCQB: BEOLF) a company that makes a patented, FDA- and Health Canada-cleared filter powder that drops into a commercial kitchen’s existing oil filtration routine, strips out the compounds that degrade frying oil, and lets operators fry longer on the same oil.1

No new equipment. No capex. No change to how the kitchen works.

This is a small-cap stock that is addressing a market worth USD $75 BILLION…

Here are seven reasons $BEOLF:OTCQB belongs on a watchlist, and what has to happen next for it to succeed.

Investment Summary
  1. A $75 billion market, in an industry with nowhere left to cut
  2. SodaStream’s Former CEO Joined the Advisory Board
  3. Seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth
  4. Healthier food for consumers – tested in a certified lab
  5. Slowly Taking Over The U.S. Market
  6. The margin recovery is strategic – $BEOLF has big growth plans
  7. Insiders bought, and nobody sold…
1 A $75 billion market, in an industry with nowhere left to cut

There are roughly 30 million commercial fryers in the world. One fryer uses about 30 packets a month, which at retail pricing is roughly $2,500 of annual revenue per fryer. Multiply it out and the food-service addressable market is about $75 billion a year.2

The timing matters as much as the size. Restaurant margins are being squeezed hard: Texas Roadhouse reported first-quarter 2026 restaurant margin down 36 basis points to 16.3%, with commodity inflation at 6.2% and guidance of 6–7% for the full year. Starbucks watched operating margin fall to 9.9% from 11.6%.4

Operators have four ways to respond, and every one costs them something. Raise prices and lose visits. Shrink portions and lose trust. Cut labour and lose service. Downgrade the menu and lose the guest. The $BOIL.TO pitch is the only lever on that list the customer never sees.

2 SodaStream’s Former CEO Joined the Advisory Board

Daniel Birnbaum, former CEO of SodaStream, now on the Beyond Oil advisory board.

Daniel Birnbaum sits on the $BOIL.TO advisory board.

He was the CEO of SodaStream, and the architect of its $3.2 billion sale to PepsiCo.5

Look closely at what that job actually required. SodaStream was not a technology breakthrough — home carbonation was decades old. What Birnbaum solved was distribution and behaviour change at scale: convincing retailers to stock it, convincing consumers to alter a daily habit, and building a recurring consumables business underneath an installed base of hardware.

Now describe Beyond Oil. A consumable, used daily, sitting under an installed base of fryers, needing distribution and category legitimacy far more than it needs new science.

It is structurally the same problem, and the man on the advisory board has solved it once already. That is not a promise about the outcome. It is a comment on whether $BOIL.TO understands what it is actually up against.

3 Seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth
QUARTER REVENUE (USD)
Q4 2024 $0.32M
Q1 2025 $1.01M
Q2 2025 $1.09M
Q3 2025 $1.17M
Q4 2025 $1.24M
Q1 2026 $1.26M
Q2 2026 $1.40M

Q1 and Q3 2025 are derived from reported half-year and full-year totals.

Q2 2026 was the biggest quarter in the history of $BOIL.TO: $1.396M, up 28% year over year. First-half revenue was $2.651M, up 26%, on top of roughly $4.6M for full-year 2025.6

This is the line that separates TSX: BOIL.TO from most microcaps that get written about. It is not a pre-revenue story stock with a deck and a plan. It ships product and collects money, and it has done so in larger amounts every quarter for nearly two years.

4 Healthier food for consumers – tested in a certified lab

The $BOIL.TO lab testing compares fresh oil, oil after four days of normal frying, and oil run with Beyond Oil at four days and thirty days.

  • Acrylamide — not detected in fresh oil, 795 µg/kg after four days untreated. With Beyond Oil: not detected at four days, and still not detected at thirty.7
  • Total polar materials30.5% untreated, past the 24% threshold most regulators treat as spent oil. 9% treated.8
  • Trans fats — 1.36% untreated, below 0.1% treated.9

These are the company’s own certified independent lab tests, and they measure oil chemistry rather than any clinical outcome.10

5 Slowly Taking Over The U.S. Market

$BOIL.TO is in over 1,000 paying locations globally, including more than 100 in the United States.12

The number that matters more is the one behind it: 2,000+ potential locations sitting inside accounts that already buy the product. Not a prospect list. Not a target market. Locations belonging to customers who have already run the approval process and already have the product in their kitchens.13

Three direct end customers came on stream in March 2026. A premium casual dining chain is rolling out across 70 restaurants in the southeast. A top-30 North American food retailer has now approved the product across two separate ownership groups, with more locations expected at both.14

TSX: BOIL.TO has not finished selling to the customers it has already won. That is the cheapest growth available to any business.

6 The margin recovery is strategic – $BEOLF has big growth plans

Gross margin fell to 42.2% in Q2 from 56.3%, and it was the loudest complaint about the quarter.16

Here is what sits underneath it. $BOIL.TO moved to a direct-sales model in the US, and early-stage direct selling means onboarding costs, rollout support and commercial flexibility to move large accounts from evaluation into rollout. It is spending to buy adoption.17

Management has now put numbers on the steady state: 40–45% gross margin on distributor-led business, 50–60% on direct end-customer business. Separately, raw material and packaging cost reductions already achieved are still sitting in previously produced inventory and have not yet flowed through cost of goods sold.18

Operating expenses rose 27% — but sales and marketing rose 63% while G&A actually fell. Overhead is flat. The money is going into selling.19

7 Insiders bought, and nobody sold…

Between June 8 and August 24, 2026, six directors and officers bought 179,997 shares of $BEOLF on the open market, spending CAD $418,220 of their own money.

Share-weighted average price: CAD $2.32, roughly USD $1.67 above today’s share price for $BEOLF   .20

These were SEDI code 10 acquisitions under direct ownership — open-market purchases, not option exercises and not RSU vesting.

No insider filed a single disposition during the period.21

It sits on top of a position that was already large. Across seven insiders, direct holdings total 11,983,252 shares — roughly $23.4 million, or about 14.8% of shares outstanding.22

Insider buying is not a forecast, and nobody should read it as one. What it does mean is that the people with the clearest view of the order book and the customer pipeline chose to increase their own exposure at prices above where the stock trades today, and that management’s outcome and shareholders’ outcome are tightly linked.

Milestones to watch

Seven reasons are only worth anything if you know what would confirm or break them. These are the checkpoints for $BOIL.TO:

  • Q3 2026 results — the first real test of whether direct-business gross margin starts moving toward the guided 50–60%.
  • Location count — movement from 100+ US locations toward the 2,000+ already sitting inside existing customer accounts.
  • The financing — management has said it plans a modest raise by the end of Q1 2027. Size and price determine how much dilution shareholders absorb.23
  • The Nasdaq or NYSE question — management has stated its intent to pursue an uplisting, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. Nasdaq’s Capital Market requires a US$4.00 minimum bid price at initial listing under its main standards. Today’s share price does not clear it, so the gap closes through appreciation, a share consolidation, or both.24
  • Named customers — whether larger accounts start permitting joint announcements as rollouts progress. Right now most customers remain unnamed, a function of their own communications policies.

The case rests on adoption, not invention.

The chemistry is validated, the economics work on paper, and the product asks nothing of the buyer in capital or behaviour.

What has not happened yet is the moment the industry treats it as standard practice rather than a trial.
