At its 2026 Investor Day, the company outlined a $2.4 trillion total addressable market through 2030, driven by surging AI data center demand, grid modernization, renewable integration, and industrial reshoring trends occurring simultaneously.
Quanta has built a strong execution track record over the past decade, compounding adjusted EPS at roughly 25% annually while consistently outperforming long-term guidance. That credibility is reinforcing investor confidence in management’s updated framework, which targets adjusted EPS of $21.60 to $26.75 by 2030 after already delivering $10.75 in 2025 and expecting to exceed its prior 2026 EPS target of $12.
AI-related infrastructure is emerging as the company’s fastest-growing opportunity, with management estimating Quanta can participate in roughly 50% to 60% of a data center build through its electrical, mechanical, and power infrastructure capabilities. Strategic customer relationships with utilities such as NiSource and American Electric Power provide additional visibility into long-term growth, particularly as AEP advances a $72 billion capital investment plan.
With strong operational execution, expanding competitive advantages, and durable secular tailwinds tied to AI infrastructure and grid investment, Quanta appears well positioned for sustained earnings growth and further multiple expansion over the coming years.
