If You Own Sabre Corp (SABR) Stock, Should You Sell It Now?

RF Capital Management LLC recently released its Q2 2020 Investor Letter, a copy of which you can download here. The fund posted a return of 18.8% for the second quarter (net of fees), underperforming the S&P 500 Index which returned 20.5% in the same quarter. You should check out RF Capital’s top 5 stock picks for investors to buy right now, which could be the biggest winners of the stock market crash.

In the said letter, RF Capital highlighted a few stocks and Sabre Corp (NASDAQ:SABR) is one of them. Sabre Corp (NASDAQ:SABR) is a travel technology company. Year-to-date, Sabre Corp (NASDAQ:SABR) stock lost 68.7% and on August 19th it had a closing price of $7.02. Here is what RF Capital said:

“Sabre Corporation (SABR) – This holding never became a large position in our portfolio. However, SABR was a profitable investment for us. We bought at an average price of $4.52/share and sold at $7.38/share. We sold our shares due to the quick gain and the company’s increasing leverage on the balance sheet. The airline and travel industries continue to be challenged, so we wanted to reduce our overall exposure as well.”
