Goldman Sachs, too, advises investors to concentrate on the bigger picture highlighted in the company’s Q1 earnings analysis. The firm said that the safety profile of Foundayo has been well established across 11,000 patients in Phase 3 trials, calling the stock weakness an overreaction.

In its earnings call, Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) revised 2026 full-year revenue guidance to $82-85 billion, with the midpoint indicating 28% growth compared to 2025. The company’s non-GAAP EPS of $35.50-$37 is also higher than the previous estimate, thanks to its robust performance across major therapeutic areas.
