Clinton Group, Community Financial: Clinton Group recently increased its activist position in bank holding company Community Financial Shares Inc (NDA) (OTCMKTS:CFIS). According to a SEC filing from a couple of minutes ago, Clinton Group now owns around 1.15 million shares of Community Financial Shares, which represents a 9.9% stake of the company. At the end of last month, Clinton reported ownership of 1.04 million shares.
