We sourced the percentage of the population with tertiary education. While we had data available for people between the ages of 25-64, we applied filters to acquire data for people between the ages of 24-34 to make it more relevant to our segment of college graduates. The ranking is displayed in ascending order of the respective percentages of population with tertiary education for each country.
