9. The Barrio Azteca
The Barrio Azteca or Los Aztecas is another violent gang in America which deservingly has its place on our list of 15 most dangerous gangs in America in 2018. Originally based and founded in prisons of El Paso, this gang soon became a transnational criminal organization. They formed strong cooperation with Juarez cartel and are involved in drug distribution and alien smuggling on both sides of the border.
