There are over 10,000 expats living here, so that should make you feel at home. Most of them are North Americans who decided to indulge in Mexican sunshine. The bad news is that you don’t get the local medical care unless you’re employed, but the good news is that once you retire, the healthcare is really cheap and affordable.
