7. Phone Facing Down
Next on the list of ways to tell if someone is lying about cheating is to notice when your boyfriend/girlfriend put down their phones after texting. If they put the phone facing down that might be a sign that they are chatting with someone that they don’t want you to know about. If they are constantly doing this, or perhaps even turning the ringtone off as well as any message sounds when they are with you–then you might have a reason to believe they are hiding something serious.
