CNBC’s Jim Cramer discusses dozens of stocks daily. Most of his focus is typically on technology stocks, and he chooses which stocks to talk about primarily because of their news relevance, current market cycles, or viewer interest. However, while he might discuss all kinds of stocks, only a select few make it into the portfolio of his Charitable Trust.
Cramer’s Charitable Trust is part of CNBC’s Investing Club, which is overseen by Cramer himself. He set up the Trust in 2005 after contributing $3 million personally. Since he discusses the stock on air, CNBC’s policies about conflict of interest prevent either Cramer or the network to take any profits from the Trust. As a result, the profits are donated to charitable causes, while Cramer assumes the risk of losses. According to CNBC, the Trust has generated more than $4.3 million in contributions since its inception.
So naturally, as not only is Cramer’s capital at risk if the Trust’s portfolio goes down, but also since he uses it as an educational tool for his Investing Club subscribers, it’s quite important that the Trust performs well. After all, Cramer’s Investing Club subscribers are more likely to keep their subscriptions if the Trust’s stocks perform well.
Additionally, in order to keep things fair for his viewers and podcast listeners, every time Cramer discusses a Trust portfolio stock, he is required to disclose this fact. As a result, investors can know whether he trusts a stock that he is praising enough to include it into his valuable Charitable Trust portfolio. After all, while it’s impossible to count the number of stocks that cross Jim Cramer’s radar in even a month, the fact that the Trust holds a select number of stocks does lend them a vote of confidence. As of April 2026, the Trust held 31 stocks.
So, which large-cap blue chip stocks were recently in Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust? Let’s take a look.

Our Methodology
Since Cramer and CNBC are required to disclose whether the Trust owns a stock whenever Cramer discusses it, we asked Gemini to collect all these disclosures and present a list of the stocks in Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust. These stocks are based on CNBC’s public disclosures.
10. Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA)
Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) is a stock that Jim Cramer has stuck by even though the share price has remained weak in 2026. However, recently, he asserted that the upcoming earnings would be a key event to watch.
9. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is a classic Jim Cramer “own it, don’t trade it” stock. He has stuck by the firm even as debate about its AI initiatives has raged. Recently, he was quite happy that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) didn’t invest heavily in AI infrastructure, even as the firm warned in its 10-Q filing that a lack of access to computing resources could impact its finances.
8. Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN)
Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN)’s shares have been on a tear since the firm’s latest earnings report. They are up by 17% over the past month as a result. In his Mad Money appearance on July 7th, Cramer said Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) was part of a group called the “Walking Dead.”
7. Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META)
Social media giant Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) has remained in Cramer’s good books even with debate surrounding the wisdom of its capital expenditure. He kept up the praise in his recent remarks as well.
6. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)
Jim Cramer hasn’t held back when discussing Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) in 2026. Earlier in the year, he wondered whether the firm’s Copilot platform could keep up in the highly competitive AI race. More recently, he said he was going to “hold on” to it as part of the Charitable Trust.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is in the midst of a turnaround under CEO Lip-Bu Tan. Recently, Cramer discussed the firm’s diverse business model.
4. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD)

3. Arm Holdings plc (NASDAQ:ARM)
British chip design house Arm Holdings plc (NASDAQ:ARM) is another key player in the AI race because of its semiconductor intellectual property. Cramer discussed the firm in quite detail on Mad Money on June 5th.
2. CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD)
CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) is part of a group of cybersecurity stocks that Cramer has been optimistic about for more than a year. He kept up the optimism recently as well.
1. Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL)
Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s recent earnings led to volatile share price movement. Cramer was also left “shocked” by recent share price movements.
While we acknowledge the risk and potential of GOOGL as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and doing so within a shorter time frame. If you are looking for an AI stock that is more promising than GOOGL and that has 10,000% upside potential, check out our report about this cheapest AI stock.
