8. Pinecrest
Despite being considered as more of a village than a city, Pinecrest has its own form of governance. This small city has a lot of high-end development making it one of the most expensive places to live in Florida. They’ve recently finished a lot of new works and projects. These include parks, Wi-Fi, village-wide beautification and many more.
