Iovance Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:IOVA) saw its share price increase by 31.48 percent on Tuesday to finish at $14.45 apiece after raising its full-year revenue growth guidance by as much as 60 percent, thanks to the strong demand for its cancer treatments.
In an updated report on the same day, the company said that it is now looking at full-year revenues of $410 million to $420 million, an increase from its previous guidance range of $350 million to $370 million. The new figure implied a jump of 55.9 percent to 60 percent from the $263 million revenues in 2025.
Iovance Biotherapeutics said that the higher target was bolstered by a record second quarter, alongside sustained demand for its cancer treatments, Amtagvi and Proleukin.
“Increasing patient demand and our current manufacturing schedule provide strong visibility into our third and fourth quarter revenues. In addition, lifileucel (Amtagvi) continues to advance across our registrational programs in new solid tumor indications, while continued manufacturing and operating efficiencies accelerate our progress toward profitability,” Interim President and CEO Frederick Vogt said.
Meanwhile, the company is slated to announce the results of its earnings performance for the third quarter of the year early in November 2026.

Price Target Upgrade
A number of analysts turned more bullish for the stock following the news.
HC Wainwright appeared the most optimistic among them all, having raised its price target for the stock to $20 from $9 previously, while reaffirming a buy recommendation.
TD Cowen, on the other hand, raised its price target to $16 from $10, while maintaining its buy call, reflecting its even more positive stance for Iovance Biotherapeutics to hit $490 million in revenues from Amtagvi in 2027 alone.
Last week, Goldman Sachs gave the biopharmaceutical firm a price target of $15, while assigning a buy recommendation amid operational efficiencies related to the launch of Amtagvi as a catalyst for enhanced gross margins and growth potential.
About Amtagvi
Amtagvi is a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved intravenous infusion therapy to treat adult patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma, and is the first and the only one-time, individualized T-cell therapy to receive the regulator’s approval for solid tumor cancer.
The proposed mechanism for Amtagvi offers a new cell therapy approach that deploys patient-specific T cells called TIL cells. When cancer is detected, the immune system creates TIL cells to locate, attack, and destroy cancer. TIL cells recognize distinctive tumor markers on the cell surface of each person’s cancer. When cancer develops and prevails, the body’s natural TIL cells can no longer perform their intended function to fight cancer.
Amtagvi is manufactured using a proprietary process to collect and expand a patient’s unique T cells from a portion of their tumor. Amtagvi returns billions of the patient’s T cells back to the body to fight their cancer.
