10 Best Meme Stocks to Invest In

8. Nebius Group (NASDAQ:NBIS)

Market Cap: $41.90 billion

Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 86

Nebius ended June with annual recurring revenue of $3.0 billion, up 598% from a year earlier and 56% from March. Quarterly revenue grew 454%, to $582.3 million, and the company stuck with its full-year guidance after that jump. Chief executive Arkady Volozh said Nebius closed its largest AI cloud deals on the strongest terms it has seen, and he called the pricing a step change in the economics of the business.

Customers are paying up front to lock in capacity, and the sums are large. Nebius expects more than $9 billion in prepayments this year and plans to finish the year with 5 gigawatts of contracted power. Microsoft has received every capacity tranche due under its contract so far, and the buildout for Nebius’s second agreement with Meta is on track to come online in early 2027.

Nebius rents out AI computing power to developers and large technology groups, and it plans to add more than a gigawatt of new capacity every year starting in 2027. Pricing is the angle in our piece on Nebius’s pricing power and what its earnings have yet to show.

7. Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ:PLTR)

Market Cap: $442.43 billion

Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 86

Palantir chief executive Alex Karp said demand for AI sovereignty has been unleashed, and the second-quarter numbers gave him plenty to point to. Revenue rose 93% from a year earlier to $1.935 billion. US commercial sales grew 149%, to $764 million, and the value of US commercial contracts signed in the quarter was a record at $2.132 billion, up 153%.

Profits kept pace with sales. Adjusted operating margin reached 62%, up from 46% a year earlier. Palantir raised its full-year revenue forecast to between $8.150 billion and $8.158 billion, and it lifted its outlook for adjusted operating income and free cash flow too. The new free cash flow range is $4.5 billion to $4.7 billion.

Government work is speeding up too. US government revenue grew 90%, so both halves of the customer base, government and commercial, are moving together. Total contract value signed in the quarter climbed to $3.373 billion, up 49% from a year ago, which gives Palantir a bigger stack of booked work to deliver in the quarters ahead.

We recently weighed whether Palantir’s growth can justify its valuation.
