Contrary to popular belief, multi-tasking is not the key to success. Answering e-mails while video-conferencing your team in L.A. and trying to have lunch at the same time is not getting you anywhere fast. This year, try to better plan your schedule so that you can allot specific days or time frames for a certain task. In this way, you’ll not only get things done, but you’ll also do them more efficiently.
