Adam Weiss and James Crichton‘s hedge fund, Scout Capital, disclosed adding 30,000 shares to its passive stake in Coty Inc (NYSE:COTY). In this way, Scout now owns 3.53 million shares, which represent 4.3% of the company’s class A common stock.
