Royce’s stake in the company amasses 10.5% of the company’s stock, and has a value of almost $135 million, at the current price of the company’s stock. Shares of Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRUS) lost around 30% since the beginning of the year. Gotham Asset Management, led by Joel Greenblatt, disclosed ownership of 618,200 shares of Cirrus in its latest 13F, the value of the stake amounting to $135.1 million, at the current share price of the company.
