The Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) Xbox One is set to hit stores sometime during the month of November. While this is still a little bit away, many people are beginning to get excited about what the console has to offer. At the same time, some are wondered if the new system is already doomed (see more on this here).

Microsoft Corporation (MSFT)The more information Microsoft releases regarding Xbox One features, the more excited consumers are becoming.

Digital Spy recently published a story about one of the features that has people talking: Xbox One: Microsoft unveils controller recognition at Comic-Con

Here is what the story had to say:

“Microsoft has detailed new features of Xbox One at Comic-Con 2013.

Major Nelson moderated a panel of developers including Microsoft Creative Director Ken Lobb, who showed highlights from the recent fighting game tournament EVO in Las Vegas.”

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is doing a great job releasing a little bit of information at a time, giving people just enough to keep them excited about the pending release of Xbox One.

This time around it was Major Nelson, also known as Lawrence Hryb or the Director of Programming for Microsoft Xbox Live.

Here is more from the piece:

“Lobb recorded a match using Xbox One’s new video recording feature Project Upload, which automatically records five minutes of every game played on the console. Users can say “Xbox record” and it will save the last 30 seconds.

Justin Robey spoke about the new Smartglass feature, which can display where a player’s friends are in each of their games and help organize multiplayer games without pre-loading them.

Rare’s Nick Burton showed off new features of Kinect, including its ability to read the folds of a user’s face and pick up each finger at 3 metres away.”

If nothing else, it is becoming obvious that the newest game console from Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is not going to be anything close to what the market currently has to offer. It is truly a one of a kind console that will change the way people look at gaming forever.

Despite some rough points thus far, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has done an admirable job with the announcement of Xbox One. As the release date inches closer, it will be interesting to see what information the company pushes to the public.
