Skyworks’ non-GAAP gross and operating margins expanded during the period, enabling net income to rise 23%.

Tapestry Inc (NYSE:TPR) (CNBC)
Tapestry – The company formerly known as Coach earned an adjusted $1.07 per share for its fiscal second quarter, beating the consensus estimate of 89 cents a share. The handbag maker was helped by higher sales for the Coach and Stuart Weitzman brands. Tapestry also raised its full-year forecast.

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc (NYSE:AMC) (MarketWatch)
Shares of theater chain AMC Entertainment Holding Inc. AMC, +0.37% were down 6% on relatively light volume during premarket trade on Tuesday after owner Dalian Wanda Group said on Monday that it was selling a $1.2 billion stake in its Chinese cinema business to Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. BABA, +1.84% and a government-backed firm in order to pay down debt. Adding pressure to shares is a broader market sell off that saw historic losses on Monday.

What happened: Shares of Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBOE) are falling today, down by about 12% as of 11:30 a.m. EST. Investors are worried about how the failure of some products designed to short the VIX index will affect Cboe Global Market’s VIX-related volume, revenue, and ultimately, its earnings. So what: Cboe Global Markets provides the exchanges on which buyers and sellers of options, futures, and other derivatives meet.

Ameri Holdings Inc shares gained 10.6 percent to $2.08 after tumbling 16.07 percent on Monday. Ameri Holdings disclosed that it has been selected as prime implementation partner for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Module by a major global restaurant group.

Allergan PLC (NYSE:AGN) (MarketWatch)
Allergan PLC AGN, -1.07% shares surged in premarket trade Tuesday after the company said its migraine drug had positive results in a late-stage clinical trial. Allergan also reported fourth-quarter earnings early Tuesday. In the Achieve I study, which enrolled 1,327 patients, “a statistically significant greater percentage” of patients who were treated for a migraine attack with either the low or high dose were free from pain about two hours after the initial dose relative to the placebo. A statistically significant greater percentage of patients on the drug, ubrogepant, also no longer had some of the “most bothersome” migraine-associated symptoms at two hours, the company said.

General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) (CNBC)
General Motors – The automaker beat estimates by 27 cents a share, with quarterly profit of $1.65 per share. Revenue also came in above forecasts. GM saw record income for 2017, although it did take a one-time $7.3 billion non-cash charge related to tax reform.
