Upon completion, the company aims to consolidate full ownership of the Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in Greenland, reduce share dilution related to cross-holdings, and improve its balance sheet. The acquisition is expected to provide additional financial flexibility to accelerate Tanbreez development and support future growth opportunities.
