In a newly amended 13D filing with the SEC, activist firm Clinton Group reported it has cut its position in NutriSystem Inc. (NASDAQ:NTRI) ever so slightly. Clinton now owns 5.1% of the weight management products company, versus the 5.2% stake he reported at the end of September.
