Clint Carlson Gets Out of Boise Inc.

Clint Carlson‘s Carlson Capital just reported closing out its entire stake in Boise Inc. (NYSE:BZ). The move was made after Bee Acquisition Corp. completed a tender to purchase all outstanding shares of Boise. This comes about a month after Carlson reported increasing his position in Boise to over 6.7 million shares, equivalent to 6.7% of the company.

In the previous filing, Carlson also proposed several ideas for Boise’s development, and stated that the fund will not participate in the tender offer from by Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), which owns Bee Acquisition Corp.
