Icahn reported holding around 10.58 million shares of Manitowoc Foodservice Inc (NYSE:MFS), the same amount he held in Manitowoc, according to his latest 13F filing. The position amasses 7.73% of Manitowoc Foodservice’s outstanding common stock.
On March 7, Manitowoc completed its separation into Manitowoc Cranes and Manitowoc Foodservice Inc (NYSE:MFS), following which the latter started trading as an independent company.
