Welltower raised its FY26 normalized FFO outlook to $6.21 to $6.35 from $6.09 to $6.25, compared to $6.22 consensus, and expects average blended SSNOI growth of 12.25% to 16.00%, led by Seniors Housing Operating at approximately 16.5% to 21.5%.
