Apple Inc. (AAPL)’s Best iPhone & iPad Apps: Surprised?

Last week, we brought you a list of the top 10 paid apps for the iPhone 5 from Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). Like many, you have likely fallen in love with your smartphone and all the apps that are available. This is what sets your device apart from the rest. The ability to customize your smartphone with a variety of apps is what has turned this tool into something you rely on everyday.

Digital Spy recently published an interesting story, touching on the top iPhone and iPad apps of all time, as named by Apple. This is something the company is doing as it gets ready to celebrate the App Store’s fifth birthday.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)

Here is a brief excerpt from the piece:

“The firm announced that Angry Birds is the most popular premium iPhone app on the storefront, followed by Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump, Cut the Rope and Angry Birds Seasons in the top five.”

How do you feel about that group of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) apps? If you are like millions of others, you probably have at least one of these downloaded on your iPhone or iPad. Even more so, there is a good chance that you have all of these at your disposal. After all, they are at the top of the all time list for a reason.

The article went on to talk about the best of the rest:

“Facebook was named as the most-downloaded free app for the smartphone, with Pandora, Instagram, YouTube and Skype rounding off the top five.

Apple’s own Pages word processing software leads the way in the iPad premium category, followed by Angry Birds HD, Angry Birds Seasons HD, Where’s My Water HD and Fruit Ninja HD.

Skype was named as the top freemium iPad application, ahead of The Weather Channel, Netflix, Angry Birds HD Free and Amazon’s Kindle software.”

Can you believe that the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) App Store is set to turn five years old on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Time flies when you are having fun, and with these apps you are sure to have a smile on your face at all times.

While there are many reasons for the success of the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone and iPad, it is the App Store that has helped both devices do big things.
