8 Conspiracy Theories About The New World Order

Thinking that there is a scheme behind the scenes, a scheme that is meant to put a select few at the top of the food chain and in control of the world isn’t exactly new, and there are at least 8 conspiracy theories about the New World Order.

When it comes to conspiracy theories, the New World Order is one of the best-developed ones out there. In order to better understand this whole situation, we must know what the New World Order actually is, or better said, what they say it is.

Basically, the New World Order refers to the creation of a world government run by a secretive elite power, most often than not the Illuminati. Their end goal is to run the world, replacing sovereign states with one authoritarian world government and, therefore, establishing the New World Order. The ways in which this would be obtained vary depending on the source of the conspiracy theory, but they’re far-fetched to say the least. This seems to be the common core of all New World Order theories that branch out from this point forward.

Whether it’s the road towards creating this New World Order that they talk about so much, or what its creation might trigger, conspiracy theories abound when it comes to this topic. People’s imagination has gone wild on some occasions while on others it has created plausible theories. Either way, nowadays, whenever someone as much as mentions the phrase “world order,” especially if they’re politicians, the Internet comes to life with this topic, making it hard not to look deeper into the land of conspiracy theories.

It is quite possible that among those who believe in the New World Order, there are also those who have come up with 10 reasons why people think the moon landing was fake.

We thought it would be interesting to take a look at 8 conspiracy theories about the New World Order so we can find out more.

8. Controlling population numbers

It seems like there are too many of us on this planet for the whole New World Order thing to work out. Why? Well, it’s easier to control a smaller number of people than some 7 billion, right? Well, that seems to be the basis of this theory. The elites looking to take over the world seem to be looking for ways to kill off most of the people on the planet, leaving only about two billion, which is much more manageable. Ideally, these would be scientists, doctors, geniuses and, you guessed it, politicians.

7. Mind control

Oh yes, we have this on the list too. Truth be told, the name is a bit more complicated, but this seems to be the gist of it – the government, or more specifically, the elites looking to control the world, can also control your mind. The Silent Sound Spread Spectrum is what’s pushing some people to wear those silly tinfoil hats, hoping to keep away those pesky voices. The SSSS apparently uses a technology called, waaait for it, “voice to skull” and it has been used for quite a while now.

6. Public guidelines

Assuming that the world’s elites are trying to take over and create a global government that rules everything, would they need to have a guideline on how to do it? That’s unlikely to say the last. It doesn’t stop conspiracy theory fans to believe that H.G. Wells “The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution” is actually the blueprint for how the New World Order would be established. The fact that Wells was a fiction writer doesn’t seem to bother them.

5. The Illuminati

If you’re going to have a New World Order, then you’ll need to have someone to rule them all. So, who do most conspiracy theory fans believe is behind it all? The Illuminati, of course. If it’s not them, then it must be some other secret group that may or may not exist. All things considered, if it’s an “invisible” group that’s taking over control, it could very well already be happening. Of course, that means the whole “taking down state borders” part has been forgone, but it would be smarter this way anyway.

The Illuminati are believed to have survived their “dark ages,” the times when they were suppressed by the government, and continued on in secret past the late 1700s. They are even believed to have been behind historic events such as the French Revolution and others, wreaking havoc to suit their purposes. Of course, since there is no proof that the Illuminati even exist anymore, it seems to be a bit far-fetched that they’d be behind the New World Order too. This is, however, one of the 8 conspiracy theories about the New World Order that we’re looking at today.

4. Freemasons

See? If it’s not the Illuminati looking to take over it must be the Freemasons. Unlike the first, however, the latter are a little bit more “real,” the fraternal organization freely admitting its existence. Much like the Illuminati, the Freemasons go back to the 17th century and they’ve been the topic of countless conspiracy theories over this period of time.

It was inevitable, of course, for their name to be tied to the New World Order theory as well. It is said that the Freemasons’ political agenda has global domination as the end goal. It all started a long time ago and some claim that the United States is a sort of trial for this, if you will, speculating the Founding Fathers were tied to Freemasonry. This led to those famous geometric designs usually tied to Freemasonry to be pushed onto US society. One example is the one-dollar bill. This theory has been rebuked time and time again, but some just won’t listen.

3. Zion

Published over a century ago, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion” is an anti-Semitic text trying to talk about this plan the Jewish people have to control the world. It was originally written in Russian and then translated to multiple other languages. The files appear to present the discussions taking place during a meeting of Jewish leaders plotting to take over the world on behalf of the Jewish people. The reason? Well, they were chosen by God, so they must rule.

Basically, behind all the secret societies of the world looking to get their hands on more power and more control stand a few select people of the Jewish faith. Either way, it is generally accepted that the author actually fabricated the entire thing. Not that it’s surprising, considering the anti-jew propaganda at the time, but it is rather unexpected that so many years later, some people continue to believe it to be true.

2. End of Time

The Apocalypse has been predicted time and time again since … forever. It truly seems like people across the ages have always been pessimistic about humanity’s chances to live on this planet for a long time. Theories about the Apocalypse have reached the surface time and time again, mostly based on the Biblical end of all times.

Well, those who believe in the New World Order see the Apocalypse a little bit different from the classic balls of fire coming down on Earth type of ending. In fact, some believe that the creation of the New World Order itself represents the end of time, mainly the end of time as we know it. It’s all got some kind of Biblical backing behind it, namely a deal made with the Devil in order to gain the power to control the world.

1. 10 Kings

Basing this theory on text from the Bible, the conspiracy regarding the ten kings states that ten nations will become more powerful than the rest, ending up in creating the New World Order. This is based on quotes from the Book of Revelation presenting the idea that a small group will gain the power to rule the world. This is seen as a prediction and most see the current G8 as a version of this theory.

Of course, there’s the difference in numbers, but that doesn’t really matter in the end. The Group of 8, also known as G8, is a political forum that includes France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, the United States, Canada, and the European Union. It should be mentioned, of course, that Russia used to be a member too before it got suspended, and that the European Union isn’t exactly a single state, or King, to fit the prophecy.

Over the years, there have been many voices suggesting a new split of the world would be best for political and economical purposes, including the Club of Rome, a global think tank founded back in the 60s. The club discusses many issues, including the future of humanity, and it has been known for suggesting back in the 70s that splitting the world into 10 regions would be best. This, of course, has sent conspiracy theory fans in a tizzy, saying the end is nigh.

So there’s that to wrap up our 8 conspiracy theories about the New World Order.
