7. Crazy job interview
If you like fun and creativity, then this is the best team bonding activity for your team. It can be played anywhere and it is free. Job positions and various personal characteristics should be written on pieces of paper, and everyone draws their characteristics (a few of them) and one job position. Then, every co-worker, one by one, should convince the group why those characteristics make them an ideal fit for a job they’ve picked. Why is this funny you may ask – well, someone can get to argue why being ‘Strange’ and ‘Shy’ makes them a good “High School Teacher”.
