6 Easiest Fields of Law to Practice

6. Intellectual property law

Previous experience: not required, but it is good to have some level of knowledge on the subject

When an inventor, a writer, composer or simply an artist creates something that attracts a wide audience, then, very often, somebody else tries to steal the invention and put it under his/her name. It is theft, but it is very difficult to prove who had the invention/piece of art first. At this point, an intellectual property attorney has a chance to help by providing a piece of advice or initiating a lawsuit to demand financial or some other type of law satisfaction because of theft. This law field does not require deep knowledge of the law, and many things are learned through the process of working in this field.
