He may be one of the most wanted drug lords by DEA in 2020, yet there is precious little to learn about Julio. He is a 46 year old Dominican who is wanted in the States for the distribution and possession of some of the most dangerous drugs in the world, including heroin, cocaine and fentanyl.

1. Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes

Topping the list of 3 most wanted drug lords by DEA in 2020 is Cervantes, better known by El Mencho and the head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. He is the biggest target currently for both Mexico and the US, with the latter offering over $10 million for any information which can lead to his arrest. He illegally immigrated to the US before being deported, and started working for the Milenio Cartel, reaching the top and after his bosses were killed or arrested, founded his own cartel. He is one of the most violent drug lords in the world as well, with such violent acts directed towards both rival cartels and even Mexico security forces. He is said to be hiding in Mexico with mercenaries with military training guarding him.
