Nevertheless, there is still a need for further efforts to be undertaken in Jordan in order to attain gender equality. Currently, 33.3% of the regulatory systems have been established to promote, and monitor gender equality within the context of the SDG indicator, specifically targeting violence against women. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the labor workforce participation rate among women in Jordan is a mere 15%.
