25 Most Popular Hedge Fund Managers of 2010

It’s neither easy nor straightforward to determine who the best hedge fund managers are. One method used by magazines is identifying the best paid hedge fund managers. Unfortunately this is done annually and one year’s top hedge fund manager usually isn’t at the top the next year. Another method is to rank hedge funds by their 3-year performance and pick their managers as top dogs. This methodology lacks risk adjustments and riskier hedge funds will generally occupy the top seeds. But surely the most popular ones have water-cooler candor on their side.
