This is the Census Bureau’s TOP SECRET ranking of states by poverty level. They did not put out this list probably because they knew that it is nonsense in certain states. Can you believe it for a second that Nevada has the third highest poverty rate, Washington is fifth, and Massachusetts is in the top 10?
