9. Wyoming
Wyoming respects the right of law-abiding citizens to openly carry firearms, according to State Constitutional Provision (Article 1, Section 24). The state does not require any background checks and buyers can buy as many guns as they like and don’t have to report buying them or if their gun is lost or stolen.
