3. Arizona
According to State Constitutional Provision (Article 2, Section 26): “The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the State shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain, or employ an armed body of men”. No state permit is required to buy and possess a shotgun, rifle or handgun. It is also interesting that it is unlawful to sell or give to a minor ammuniton or firearm without the written consent of minor’s parent or legal guardian. Technically, with parent’s consent even minor can carry firearms. However, Arizona, one of the states with easiest, least restrictive gun laws in America, prohibits certain individuals of possessing firearms such as convicted felons, convicted domestic abusers or those who can pose a threat to themselves or people around them.
