The filing showed that Prescott Group owns some 6.05 million shares of 4Licensing Corp, which represent 32.5% of the company’s outstanding stock.
In addition, the investor added that 4Licensing’s sole Board member had resigned after the assessment of the company’s financial situation and the termination of the company’s Directors and Officers. In this way, Prescott decided to appoint its representative to the company’s board in “an attempt to maximize the value of [the company’s] remaining assets”.
