The main purpose of this credit card is to help people to build, rebuild or improve their credit score. At least that is what the USAA has shared on the card’s product page. It is available for people with no credit, and it comes with a fairly affordable APR that ranges between 10.90 and 20.90%. Balance transfers are charged up to 3% of the sum, and the card doesn’t have the penalty APR. This is a solid choice for people without credit, but there are also much better cards to choose.
