Eminence Capital Ups Stake in InterXion Holding NV. (INXN) to Over 5%

Ricky Sandler’s Eminence Capital has raised its stake in InterXion Holding NV (NYSE:INXN) to 5.6% of the company. The investor now holds 3.88 million shares of the company, versus 3.21 million shares disclosed in their latest 13F filing. The stake is passive by nature.

Lykouretzos, owns approximately 1.98 million shares of the company as at the end of 2013. David E. Shaw‘s D. E. For the current year, the company forecasts revenue of about $460 million, and adjusted EBITDA in the range between $200 million and $209 million

The services of the company allow its customers to connect to a wide range of telecommunication carriers, internet service providers, and other customers. The company’s data centers act as content, cloud, and connectivity hubs that facilitate processing, storage, sharing, and distribution of data, content, applications, and media among carriers and customers. The company also offers services such as systems monitoring, systems management, engineering support services, data back-up, and storage. The company operates in 11 countries, and headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Eminence Capital is a New York based hedge fund that was founded by Ricky Sandler in 1998. The fund invests heavily in services, technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and industrial goods.
