Steadfast Capital Management, managed by Robert Pitts, has disclosed a new passive stake in Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DK), a new filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission showed. In another filing, JHL Capital Group, managed by James H. Litinsky, has revealed a new a 5.7% passive stake in RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ:RP).

According to the filing, Steadfast Capital owns a 6.2% passive stake in Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DK), which contains around 3.70 million shares of the company’s common stock.

Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DK) is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics and convenience store retailing. The company has a market cap of $1.75 billion. In May, the company conducted an underwritten secondary offering of 9.20 million shares of its common stock offered by Delek Hungary Holding Limited Liability Co. at $30.00 per share.

Aside from Steadfast Capital, D. E. Shaw holds 2.24 million shares, and SAC Capital Advisors, managed by Steven Cohen, owns 1.14 million shares of the company. Marathon Asset Management, managed by Bruce J. Richards and Louis Hanover, reported owning 847,222 shares of Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DK) as of the end of first quarter of 2014.

JHL Capital Group disclosed in a new filing with the SEC that it holds 4.50 million common stock shares of RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ:RP). RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ:RP) is engaged in providing comprehensive property management software solutions for the multifamily, commercial, single-family and vacation rental housing industries. The company has a market cap of $1.76 billion.

Last month, RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ:RP). RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ:RP) announced that it acquired Kigo, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vacation rental booking and channel management system headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. The company bought a similar vacation rental booking system, InstaManager, in the beginning of 2014.
