(ADR)(NASDAQ:FLML), boosting its position in the company by more than 75%, disclosing ownership of 245,000 shares, up from 135,000 shares held previously. The stake is valued at $4.41 million. Donald Yacktman’s Yacktman Asset Management holds 8.43 million shares of the company as of March 31.
