Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI) garnered increased investor attention on November 17 when Piper Sandler analyst Derek Podhaizer raised the stock’s price target from $50 to $65, while maintaining an ‘Overweight’ rating. The analyst highlighted Solaris’ announcement during its Q3 earnings call that it has secured another 500 MW, bringing its total generation capacity to approximately 2.2 gigawatts by early 2028. The expansion will result in 900 MW of additional capacity and help support the company’s efforts to secure more data center contracts.
