Richard Perry‘s Perry Corp disclosed, in a newly amended filing, that it has reduced its exposure at North American Energy Partners Inc.(USA) (NYSE:NOA) to some 3.5 million shares, from 4.6 million reported in its latest 13F. The new position represents 9.71% of the company.
