Weston Hill Equity Holdings, Pacific Airport: In an amended 13D filing this morning, Weston Hill, a Canadian private equity firm, reported a 6.4% stake in Pacific Airport (NYSE:PAC), up from the 5.4% stake it disclosed in late 2010. Shares of the Mexico-based airport facility company are down about 8% in 2013.
