Ardsley Partners, a fund founded and managed by Philip Hempleman, disclosed selling around 17,300 shares of its position in Saba Software, Inc. (OTCMKTS:SABA). The fund sold the shares in three transactions, with an average price amounting to about $11.50 apiece. Following the disposal of the shares, Ardsley Partners hold around 3.37 million shares of Saba.
