The analyst highlighted the potential for new products and strategic initiatives to fuel growth. The firm opines that Nordson Corporation remains well-placed for compound organic growth, with strong positioning throughout end markets, and cyclical headwinds largely abated. Furthermore, the analyst believes that the portfolio tuning remains underappreciated, and the company has a focused cost structure.
Notably, Nordson Corporation highlighted that order entry remained strong during Q2 2025, resulting in a healthy backlog, up ~5% from the previous quarter. On the basis of current visibility and order entry trends, the company projects Q3 2025 sales of between $710 million – $750 million. It expects Q3 2025 adjusted earnings of between $2.55 – $2.75 per diluted share.
