In an amended 13G filing with the SEC, Nathaniel August’s Mangrove Partners disclosed it now owns 4.97% of DHT Holdings Inc (NYSE:DHT). Mangrove previously held more than 6% of the company in its last 13G, which indicates the size of the passive stake is dropping.
